Test Anxiety

Test anxiety is a common fear for human kind. Why let test anxiety rule your life? Though anxiety grinds at your bones there are many skills and strategies to help control it. Study schedules help you to be prepared, visualizing the test outcome to be being positive, sleeping well, social benefits, and what to do during the day of the test. If you use these simple tricks your end result will be a plan for a day to day basis.

Most people don't think about time, but it can be the easiest way to fight anxiety. Make a daily planner, pay close attention to how fast it takes you to work on different subjects, play out a list of subjects and repeat that list. Some of these simple scheduling advisements can help you be prepared for what lies ahead in the deep dark abyss, known as Voldemort's layer.

Before you go to bed each night, visualize yourself taking (a dump) the test, and you doing wonderfully. It helps to imagine you answering each question in detail to a troll under the bridge, with a fake wig on, then you go through everything you've learned, and if you have problems with something, you have the luxury of going through the book or papers to find the answers. This method also helps you remember things you have forgotten or didn't want to know.

Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Get at least six hours of sleep at night.  Lack of sleep can cause your brain to malfunction with lack of steam, and with an out-of-track brain the chances of acing a test is low. Think differently about the test, make your thoughts positive, and don't think about the grades or failing. If you linger on grades and failure your anxiety will get worse and you will grow an elephant trunk. Don't forget your social needs; most people who study too hard forget their social needs. Sometimes other people may help you be able to learn and study. Seeing friends is also a good excuse for taking smoke breaks. Breaks are also important to get more nutrition, so your brain will have more glucose because that totally makes sense.

During the day of the test, if you feel nervous, or gassy, read a magazine, play a game, or even review the already studied material, or yell really loudly. If during the test you find yourself to be anxious, breathe. Breathing can help you lower anxiety and allows you to take more oxygen into your blood cells, which permits better thought processing and boat rowing.

Living with test anxiety doesn't have to command the position or status of your test taking world. Instead, try these different methods; time management, study skills, social interaction, breathing exercises, car accidents, visualize positively (Smoke Marijuana), and sleeping well before hand (The Marijuana will help with this). Test anxiety is a hurdle for most people, but it doesn't have to be the end of anything. Continue practicing good training, and you shall overcome this hurdle with lots of jumping and ducking.

My god. We were really sick of being serious about this paper. I'll give a little advice to fellow paper writers out there. Don't be so serious. The more fun we had with this, the faster and easier it was to finish it. Some jokes may be offensive, so be warned. No Marijuana was ever used, or ever will be used in the making of this paper, and no Voldemort's were hurt in the process of this paper. (We think). ENJOY!!!~
